The EIIR 4th Definitive stamp series is a cornerstone of Hong Kong's postal history, featuring the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II in a classic definitive format that graced letters and parcels across the territory for years. This complete magnet set brings all 16 denominations together — from 10 Cents to 50 Dollars — letting you display the full series as a cohesive collection.

Illustrated by a Hong Kong legend.
The 4th Definitive series was illustrated by Arthur Hacker — a celebrated artist best known as the father of the beloved “垃圾蟲” (garbage bug), one of the most iconic mascots ever created for the Hong Kong Government. His distinctive artistic touch is woven into every denomination of this series.

A hidden detail, faithfully honoured.
The original 4th Definitive stamps featured a phosphorescence design: under UV light, the Chinese characters “香港” would appear, hidden within the stamp's surface. In our magnet design, we chose to replace the Queen's portrait with “香港” rendered prominently — a tribute to that secret detail, brought into the light for all to see. The magnets do not have a phosphorescence effect, but the spirit of that hidden craftsmanship is very much part of the design.

Build your own stamp sheet.
Each magnet features authentic perforated stamp edges designed to line up with our other stamp magnet collections. Vertical edges align with vertical, and horizontal edges align with horizontal — arrange the full set together or mix and match with other series to compose your own unique “stamp sheet” on your fridge or any magnetic surface.

Hand-redrawn with care.
Every image in this set has been individually re-drawn and edited by hand by our own team — not scanned, not copied. Each piece carries the detail and intention of original artwork, faithful to the historical source while crafted with a maker's eye.

Perfect for:

  • Fridge doors, whiteboards, and magnetic surfaces
  • Philatelists and Hong Kong history enthusiasts
  • Fans of Arthur Hacker and Hong Kong design heritage
  • Gifts — complete and ready to give

A thoughtful piece of history for anyone who cherishes Hong Kong's colonial era — and the stamps that carried its stories around the world.
